After years of entertaining the world from a glass walled room overlooking Time Square, TRL is now calling it quits. The once iconic music video countdown show held their final show Sunday night. MTV pulled the plug on its most influential franchise “following years of declining ratings.” The TRL finale was a star filled occasion with artists Snoop Dogg, Nelly, Beyonce, and Justin Timberlake stopping by to name a few. This is a sad day...I never thought TRL would go under...But I guess it really never was the same after Carson Daily left.
Noooooo not TRL! I remember the days of Britney Spears and Eminem. Oh yea and Limp Bizkit (what ever happened to them? I guess it was time for TRL to go. A new generation needs their own show...but is it just me or hasn't MTV gone WAY down hill in the past years
