Avoid Gaining Weight This Winter

Does it seem like every holiday season you struggle to fight the temptation of sugar cookies, candy canes and the all powerful gingerbread house? Unfortunately, the holidays are “the season when Americans put on half of our annual weight gain.” But the news isn’t all bad. A team of Harvard researchers concluded that it’s what we choose to drink that’s the “key contributor to excessive weight gain and obesity.” So don’t drink a Starbucks 16-ounce eggnog latte (500 calories) or a cup of rich hot chocolate (13 Hershey's Kisses) and you’ll be fine this holiday season.

Does this mean I get to eat extra of everything else if I stick to water!
