Cigarette Skin

By now everyone knows smoking is dangerous and harmful to your health. But did you know that smoking can accelerate aging and damage you skin? According to the Mayo Clinic, “smoking can accelerate the normal aging process of your skin, contributing to wrinkles. These skin changes may occur after only 10 years of smoking and are irreversible.”

Irreversible is the fact that most are unaware of. If that’s not a reason to quit smoking what is?

I don't believe all that...I've been smoking for almost 5 years and nothing bad has happened to my skin...Am I supposed to believe that one day I'm gonna wake up and look way older cuz I smoke cigarettes...BS

Are you kidding? Smoking is so bad for you skin...Your skin probably could have looked better if you didn't smoke...It's not overnight...What happens overnight? It's not like you eat tons of twinkies your whole life and than one day you wake up and you've gone from a size 0 to a size 24!!! Smoking is GROSS!!!
